The place is quaint and friendly, with a nice ambience and some great music playing. And then when you get to the food, it gets even better. It's old-school Calcutta continental food done to perfection and with generous portion sizes, it's amazing value for money. The steaks are especially worth trying, most notably the Tournedos Rossini. Would definitely recommend the place, whether it's for a date or if you want to have a nice meal with family.

For INR 1712, we had a brilliant meal for two. My mom absolutely loved the crab thermidor. The chateaubriand in mushroom sauce was top notch. The meat was juicy, the vegetables crunchy and the sauce slightly sweet, just how they should be. The creme brulee again was a favourite for both of us. With such good food available right here in Southern Avenue, I'm never going back to Park Street.

Old Calcutta continental food in the style of Sky Room or Mocambo with a personal touch. Some of the dishes were better than Mocambo, for example the steak, though thin cut was juicy and favourable, not a piece of boiled then well grilled leather. The chicken parmesan, fish and chips etc were really good.

This is my 3rd visit and I love the food there. If you like continental food - definitely GO THERE. I had the Pepper Steak Supreme (superb), chicken and leek soup (very good) and a Chicken Parma (lovely)starter.

The food was delicious. We had the crab Thermidor, the pepper steak and the creme brûlée. The staff were very courteous and service was great. Highly recommend.

We tried the steak in pepper mushroom sauce, the chicken a la kiev and tetrazini. The A La akiev was nice and chicken inside was succulent. Advice would be to not add the ketchup on it and add a little more butter. The steak was soft and perfectly made, but the sauce could be better. Overall a good experience.

One of the rare pure Continental place left in the city serving good old European cuisine. Visit if you are looking for Blue Fox - Sky room era foods and Not the current trend of Italian/ Fusion foods you found in every lounge bar. Quality of Steaks, Pork chops, desserts all are good

First visit here was not a great experience. We walked in into an almost empty restaurant. The place looked jaded. felt cramped and stuffy. The table had a stained table-cloth and the chair backrest was loose. My fork was unwashed, with food all over it. A solitary waiter was serving three tables, if not more. Enquiring for soft drinks, only Sprite was available. The complimentary serving had a bread roll that would may have seen better days. The Prawn Cocktail was okay, reasonable prawns with the sauce a tad over-tangy. The Fried Fish and Chips my wife had, was an utter disappointment, While the fries were awesome and the tartar sauce good, the fish itself were smallish pieces and smelly, smelly enough to stay in my mouth post meal. The pasta which my daughter had was fairly okay (I did not try it). I had the Chateaubriand with pepper (and wine) sauce. While the potato mash was nice, the sauce itself left a lot to be desired, as I fell a plain pepper sauce would have done far better, without the sourness of the wine. Thankfully the meat was fairly edible. All in all a fathers' Day meal that did not quite do justice.

The review relates to the service provided by the restaurant. Yes, I must admit that I haven’t visited this place ever, but I placed orders twice, once for a grilled Chicken and another time for a Spaghetti Pasta, but both the times, the restaurant cancelled the order. So I never got to taste their food. I think this is pathetic service, especially when they are listed online as delivery partner restaurant. If they Dnt provide delivery, it’s absolutely fine. But atleast dnt list yourself as a delivery people and then people make a paid order, wait for 30 minutes only to learn that the restaurant has cancelled the order.

Having sat here with a food poisoning, I can safely conclude that the crab dish was rotten and the dessert is highly suspicious. I feel bad for the waiting staff who was very kind. But if it were up to me, I’d sue the restaurant owner for bad quality food.
