The restaurant service was extremely slow, and to make matters worse, I was served an incorrect bill. A butter naan priced at ₹99 was charged as ₹120. When I pointed this out, the waiter initially tried to convince me that the price had increased. After I showed the menu, he then attempted to justify the mistake by referring to the price of a garlic naan instead. The bill was only corrected after I requested to speak with the manager, following which the correct bill was issued at the counter. Overall, the service was very disappointing. Charging customers incorrectly and then trying to justify it is unacceptable and feels misleading. I would strongly recommend that anyone dining here carefully check their bill before making payment. I upload the correct bill which I was paid finally.

I recently visited the pourgattory, and previously also I visited twice, but the food was okay-ish at that time. But recently I visited, around a day before but the food was really, really bad. It was bad. It wasn't at all up to the mark. We had fried rice, chili chicken, and crispy chili mushroom, fish fingers, and everything for starters. And among all these things, the fried rice chilli chicken was the worst …the rice didn’t have any flavour and we specifically mentioned to make the chilli chicken non spicy but it was just the opposite…..and the choice of the food was also very limited so overall a very bad experience regarding the food

the manager was arrogant such worst behavior cannot be allowed to spoil mood of a person who have gone to enjoy the beautiful vibes of the pub, he was very rude and we left inbetween leaving aside drinks because of his wrong actions
