My experience at The Shack Lounge was less than stellar. The small size of the place made it feel cramped, and unfortunately, the service didn't redeem the situation. The lackluster service detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable visit. Hopefully, the establishment addresses these issues to create a more comfortable and customer-friendly environment in the future.

They are taking 18%gst .. so be aware of this place. As per gov.rule 5% gst. So how come they take 18%.. Very Chip place in Kolkata I have ever seen
