Crowd it was Saturday night went for my birthday party with 6 of my friends we got a corner table in top section and it literally hidden in corner from where I can just watch people dancing &. Nothing else we requested a ground floor or the opposite tables in the same upper section, multiple request from my fnds but failed lastly I requested somehow they gave us a table for 2 on ground floor telling us to adjust tables were getting empty yet denied may be they treat online booking differently billed approx 9k yet this kind of service pathetic. Yet we didn’t create any scene managed ourself because I didn’t wanted my and my fnds mood to get spoil so we enjoyed to some extend using a standing table for our food and drinks

It was a horrible experience. The staff’s behaviour was appalling. We were a group of six, but we weren’t even provided with water until we asked, and even then they brought only three glasses for the table and left. As for the food, you can find much better options at similar prices in nearby restaurants. The baos were overly saucy yet somehow bland at the same time. The beer-battered fish fingers had more batter than fish, and the dish “Laurel and Hardy” was essentially overboiled prawns covered in a sweet burger-style sauce.

This is the worst management I have ever seen. They totally spoiled my birthday with their poor service. Their behavior was terrible, and they clearly don't know how to greet customers. To be honest, I will never visit this place again

Spirits offering carnival offer, which is absolutely fraud. After confirming the booking they called us and saying spirits told zomato that they're not giving the carnival offer, so they're can't give us the offer.

Guys please avoid this place. Staff’s behaviour are pathetic. They lack basic hospitality courtesy.
