Our experience was mixed... we enjoyed the ambiance, srating area and the atmosphere but not thr food... There were very few starter options available to begin with. To make matters worse, the live counters and starter trays were empty most of the time. We had to constantly wait and ask for items to be replenished, which should not happen at a premium buffet. The spread felt incredibly underwhelming. Both the salad bar and the dessert section had very limited options. For a luxury hotel buffet, you expect a wide, creative selection, but this felt basic and neglected.

The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the ambience was very pleasant. However, the service was disappointing and fell far below expectations, which unfortunately pulled down the overall experience.

food options are pretty less compared to price. Also most things were not replenished even though it was only 9pm

Horrible service. Starting from entering into the restaurant till billing, no proactiveness in service. From clearing plates to pouring water in glass, I literally had to call the service staff every time. The live grill order took almost 45 minutes to deliver that to after multiple reminders. About food, I haven't found anything that looks and tastes like a 5 Star restaurant buffet. Not to forget there were flies sitting over many food items.
