Got to visit them after a couple of decades or so and I must admit that they haven’t changed at all! They still serve yummy South Indian delicacies and indeed, it is a must visit place in the Loudon Street area. Had their Rava Onion Masala Dosa which was yum as expected – chutney and sambhar were also nice, the former was cool and the latter piping hot – thus balancing out the dosa! Pocket pinch here is a little high – never mind! Seating arrangement / staff service was nice – will visit again! Cheers!

We waited for 1.5 hours and still order person did not show up to take order. Repeated reminders to order person. All he said, please wait. We finally ordered from zomato delivery and got delivered at restaurant itself.

we ordered there coffee today and there was a cockroach in it . when we showed the waiter instantly removed it and the cashier was silent and the manager didn't do anything and on top of that they said the coffee will be complimentary. can u imagine drinking a complimentary coffee with a cockroach 🪳 in it. will not recommend to anyone . the question arises how they maintain their kitchen

stale chutney and old vada in parcel. yesterday on 14th day of August 2021 I brought in parcel 9 Plate idli 2 plate vada 2 plate masala dosa 2 plate paw bhaji 1 plate onion uttapam and had a cold drink total bill 1546 and they give u old stale chutney and stinking old vada which proves customer is to be cheated. suprising how super snaks bar does this to customers.

I asked the waiter for some hot beverages like tea coffee or hot chocolate or anything hot, the waiter denied with an explanation that since the didn't have enough staff right now they won't be able to provide me with anything hot.

Unfortunate to see such a good restaurant going down because of the staff attitude. Would not recommend sitting in. Order at home but no point going to the restaurant,one will be greatly disappointed
