I had taken a packet of pineapple chips and the staff had taken Rs. 100 from me, she sold it to me and we consumed the product. When we went in to buy another packet of the same, she told us it is Rs.130 and we need to pay the balance of the previous packet as well. This is very inefficient, the staff doesn't know the prices neither do they check in the system and later on understand in a completely non chalant way. The duration of making 2 juices was 25 mins, with a completely empty store and extraordinary levels of slow working and inefficiency.

Horrible service! Unless u buy 2 or more items or order an expensive drink, u will be the last to get ur stuff. People who came much later than us were served before just because they had ordered sandwiches and expensive shakes and all. Really pathetic money-making attitude. After all the time they took to make it, the mint cooler was terrible.

ordered orange juice which is too bitter in taste unable to drink awful and when called restaurant one of the staff members picked up the call he was so rude mannerless and unprofessional when I asked about the resolution I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of the staff and about the juice quality its totally waste of money

the quality was too poor nd the bottle too didnt hv the yellow straw logo nd the less quantity was not expected in such high price very worst experience i hv ever

Pathetic experience, nobody is interested to serve the customer, everybody is busy on phone, juice is full watery, seems they have added water.

good food but very poor customer service....staffs are unprofessional and rude....maybe a reflection of the owner
