Treat yourself to some licious tikkas at “Tikka Treats”. Chaap dishes are typically identified with the Delhi’tes - and why not? Every lane out there is adorned with a fabulous eatery serving these for decades! Surprisingly, this dish remains an unexplored venture in Kolkata and hence, T2 (read Tikka Treats) have decided to cash-in on the same! Conveniently based in the lane opposite Pantaloons, Kankurgachi – they are basically a pure veg drive-through but can also accommodate a few dine-in guests, not to forget online ordering through Zomato / Swiggy! They are only a few months old but still doing business with great maturity and calmness! They prepare their dishes live and fresh, be it the rolls / starters / North Indian dishes etc! Staff here are well-trained and are on their toes all the time! The owner out here devotes personal attention to all guests and obtains objective feedback on their experience! I went for their Masala Chaap as well as Masala Paneer Tikka. Their serving size is huge and hence, half plate orders are recommended per se! Their paneer cubes are just humongous, well marinated and fresh out of the tandoor – served piping hot with a side of mint sauce and salad – seemed heaven on earth! Chaaps were also nice, chunky soyabean bits with fresh cream atop with a cool winter-evening breeze seemed like the perfect combination! Their mint sauce is neither too dilute nor too thick, just optimum! Noteworthy that they serve their dishes in high quality food grade disposable plates leading to a no fuss experience - no penny pinching! Hygiene here is well maintained, nice to see the captains out here running the place like a tight ship! Pocket pinch is very reasonable especially considering the food quality, portions, ingredients used, plating and presentation. Looking forward to trying out their North Indian dishes soon! I have been fan of them, the best soya chap I have tasted in Kolkata. It was our go to spot but not sure why they are not operating from couple of days. After puja they are not opened, I tried to call them but no response…Really want this to open asap.

It's a very good restaurant for everyone especially for the vegetarian people.The innovative foods are really delicious to eat.People who want a variety in veg items,Tikka Treats is a must visit for them.

Had a wonderful experience with Tikka treats, I'm more of a non veg person but their malai soya chaaps are just outsanding,it can easily compete with any non veg items.highly recommended.

This is a food wonderland for the veg lovers. From the variety of Veg kebabs(soyachap kebabs are the best!!) to Biriyani, every item is truly lipsmacking.😋😋 highly recommended!!
