I had no idea that Beef Kebab could be this soft before I visited UP Bihar for the first time after. This is a legendary place as per few articles and they truly deserves it. Located in the busiest street of Kolkata New Market they have a really big dining area but don't expect much hygiene here. Beef Khiri Kebab @ Rs.140 (5/5) ---------------------------------------------------------- One of the softest Beef I've ever tried. A must try if you love kebabs. Pair it with a Paratha and it tastes fabulous. Their kebabs are mainly from the fat portion, nice juicy extremely soft and creamy tossed with some slices of onion and green chilies. Few more pieces in a plate would have been great. Beef Biryani @ Rs.100 (3/5) -------------------------------------------------- I had lots of expectations from their Biryani and that was kept by the Biryani rice. But the meat pieces disappointed, they were hard, not moist and didn't tasted great. Beef Chap @ Rs.60 (2/5) -------------------------------------------- Usually chap has very distinct colours and flavours due to the nuts based gravy. But here Beef Chap looked similar like Bhuna and it was very spicy. Made with bone pieces it didn't taste good either. I won't recommend it. Beef Bhuna @ Rs.100 (3.5/5) --------------------------------------------------- Extremely rich, spicy and oily, good to be paired with tandoori roti or paratha. Solid 8 pieces of meat for that price can't complain about it. Considering this place located in a prime location like New Market, their pricing is very very cheap. If you eat beef then you must try this place, specially for their Kebabs. But before coming keep the thought of hygiene a side.

Tried beef biryani and chicken biryani yesterday. both biryanis were good, but a little less in quantity. The taste could have been better too.

I used to love coming to this shop because the food was great and delicious but my last visit which was just a few days ago was disappointing. I found the rolls to be much smaller in size, but a lot of meat was inside. The roll was hard and the lemon wasn't distributed evenly in the roll so only at the bottom of the roll it was lemony. Hopefully they can improve the food quality as this restaurant serves some delicious dishes and the service is wonderful with accommodating staff

Ok ok type of food . The beef roll was very dry for me. They should have added extra onions and sauce plus the paratha was oily and chewy. Ok for one time to try but definitely not trying again .

The menu card posted here is at a decade old. Mutton roll is now ₹80. Also there is less mutton pieces inside the roll. Both quality and quantity of food has degraded since our childhood days.

Decent food. Decent place for a quick lunch. The hygiene can be improved. The service was pretty fast. The staff behaviour was also good.
