This place is absolutely amazing for parties and get-togethers, including conferences. Needless to say, the Indian foods are so well cooked that they make sure that no one leave with a sad heart. Lastly, the service here is too good. Prasenjit, Anup, and Ranajit, are very caring, they will take care of you to a point where you'll start feeling special.

We went here for an anniversary celebration, we were hosted by Prasenjit! And he did a lovely job! The dimsums and the red velvet choco lava cake are a must try! It was a lovely experience and evening! Completely recommend!

Big scam they announced before off the music tgp open 24 hours all day nd also displaying but the staff forced to vacant the place by 6.30. They told me this place close at 6.30 then why dj announced nd displaying. They literally call bouncers felt like we are criminals. Very shameful. Never visit again. Everyone be aware form this scam. Rest of the things ok lighting vibe food music drink is fine but only bad thing is staff behaviour in tgp.

This place scams you in the name of Ladies Night. First, they give posts on their Instagram account mentioning : “Free drinks for ladies from 12am-4am that is until closing” The first thought that comes to your mind is, unlimited drinks for ladies, right? Which many big places do offer on a ladies night. But when you reach there, the reality is absolutely diff. Then hand you two coupons per lady, which means you can have only 2 free drinks from 12am-4am. Honestly, I must say an excellent promotion gimmick guys! Also the dj and music was good. But the crowd was extremely boring. At 1/1:30 am no one was on the dance floor , so not really a great vibe.

Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behaviour by your Staff during my recent visit to your establishment on 18th April 2025. I visited Wafira with a friend and, as per your policy, we paid the ₹4000 cover charge before placing our orders. We were enjoying the food, drinks, and overall ambiance when, after some time, one of your staff members approached me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. While I was still consuming my food and drink, the staff member abruptly asked me to vacate my chair, stating that another customer (a woman) wished to sit at the table next to ours. I want to clarify that I have no objection to offering my seat to a woman, and I understand basic manners and etiquette very well. Being a manager in an international airline company, I strongly value professionalism and respectful behaviour. However, the way your staff approached me was unacceptable. There was no polite request, no “please,” just an order as if I were being commanded. It felt highly disrespectful and humiliating, especially in front of other guests. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave my food and drinks unfinished and exit the pub immediately. To add to my disappointment, when I brought the issue to the attention of your managers, I did not receive a proper or reassuring response. I was surprised by their lack of accountability and customer care. Please note that the entire incident is likely captured in your CCTV footage, which can confirm the validity of my experience. I have been a regular visitor to Wafira and have always appreciated the place. However, I’ve noticed that only select customers are given priority and good service, which is unfair to others who also pay and expect to be treated with equal respect. I request you to kindly train your staff in basic customer service etiquette. A restaurant or pub should never ask a customer to leave their chair while they are eating or drinking. It not only shows poor service standards but also damages your reputation. Due to this experience, I will no longer recommend your establishment to my friends or colleagues. Regards, Sandip

To all the people out there who does understand Bengali “B**l er club” Food is overpriced and shitty. Worst attitude of servers and management staff. There’s more bouncers than people 😂 Tonnes of better options than this place. I’d give it zero stars but Zomato doesn’t allow such.
