I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Regency, and a special thanks to Ram for the outstanding service. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. His warm hospitality, prompt assistance, and willingness to go the extra mile made my experience truly memorable. It's employees like Ram who reflect the high standards of Hyatt. The food was amazing -almost every item nailed that perfection! Both veg dishes and non veg dishes were equally delicious and worth it! Also the behaviour and hospitality of the staff was warm and polite! We followed and relied upon the Zomato’s AI that recommended us the best and must dishes to try -and trust me it didn’t fail! Food was tremendously good. I went there on my birthday with my wife. Everything was so awesome. But one thing i need to highlight that is they are taking service charge and also taking cgst and sgst against that service charge. Which is not acceptable.

Service was top notch.But didn’t like the food.The kebabs could be much better.I think you should think what cuisine you want to serve.The indian cuisine foods tasted blunt more like European version

Bland taste, all items in cold conditions, very hard to chew all non veg items, very unprofessional behaviour of the buffet receptionist. She was checking District app to see how much discount we got , seriously because I mentioned to remove service charges. It's a waste of your time and money. I mean how come no food has a basic standard taste apart from Ice creams.

The food was average and served cold. The staff seemed to be in a hurry while serving, which made the experience feel rushed. The food options were also quite limited. Overall, I was disappointed, as I expected a much better experience from Hyatt.

Not as expected. ITC Royal much better. Lot of food option available. I just feel like Airport lounge.
