food quality is not so good(not so tasty, spacially fish item), and no such food variety. PRICE IS VERY HIGH, AS PER MENU.

Went to this buffet on 17th Jan 2026 at 1:30pm. This is the first and last time. ZERO hospitality as we were sitting idle for 15-20mins where the waiters were busy making the empty tables. We had to shout and ask to give some water or glasses or tissues. Even complained the same to the lady manager who responded back “Sir, we are short staffed as this is lunch time”. So my question is, do not allow buffet when your staffs are having lunch. Why should the customer suffer after paying so much. Even the food quality also is not good. I would suggest to skip this and go somewhere worthy.

Had a wonderful experience at Buffet dining at Waterside Cafe at Hyatt Regency, Kolkata. Special thanks to Mr. Marful who was so polite and welcoming.

Went with a friend and enjoyed a lot the ambiance. But the food and hospitality was not as par the Hyatt standard. Hospitality was almost zero at the starting and once complained, then they started to visit frequently. But this needs to be improved.

I booked the table from zomato but waited there for more 10mins though we were on time later on they did not accept zomato payment took extra money from us

Mutton and one of the fish item were smelly. Apart from that, other items were okay. Seevice was excellent. Ambience was good. Overall experience was average.

The food was way below standard and the service was awful. With a bill of above 20K, I think I’d have gotten better service at a nearby roadside tea stall. At least the tea would taste well.

First, food selection was very limited. Second, hardly any premium items, such as shrimp, were there. There was a mediocre goat curry. Considering the price, Hyatt was disappointing
