My visit to William Kitchen was truly exceptional. Despite being a purely vegetarian restaurant, the variety they offer is remarkable, from Indian to Japanese to Italian, they have it all. What impressed me the most was the outstanding quality of the food, every dish was crafted to perfection. Their beverages are equally delightful, and the cheesecake is an absolute must-try. Adding to the experience is the elegant ambience and the spacious setting, which makes it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a great meal. Overall, I loved every bit of my experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality vegetarian dining with a global touch.

Great experience at the restaurant. The ambience was very good. Our server, Rajesh, provided us with excellent service. The food was also very good. A must visit.

The overall experience was disappointing, mainly due to the food quality and lack of authenticity. All the sabzis had a noticeable sweetness, which is not typical of authentic North Indian cuisine. Traditional North Indian dishes are known for their balanced and rich masala flavors—not sweet profiles. For example, Aloo Do Pyaza was served with excessive gravy and did not reflect the classic preparation. This dish is usually semi-dry with a proper balance of spices, but here it felt like the chef made personal changes rather than following the authentic recipe. If the restaurant prefers to experiment with recipes, that’s fine—but then the menu should not label these dishes as authentic North Indian. It creates a mismatch between expectation and reality. Would recommend maintaining authenticity or clearly indicating fusion-style preparations.

No AC. No lights. 40 minutes for a mocktail. Apparently this is just what happens every time they host a banquet on the 4th floor. Not a bad day — a pattern. It was an absolutely pathetic experience

Not at all upto the mark . very bad service and ac was also not working. Food came after 1 hour of order placed.
