Classy place with a modern vibe, wide range of drinks as well as mouth-watering delicious food. I had an awesome evening at Swirl. Special mention of this 2 gentleman (Hemen Barman & Ankit Singh) from the bar who treated me so well. Thank you guys. Hope to visit soon with friends & family.

Have visited this place on last valentine's day . Spend the evening enjoying foods and watching cricket match. Its was amazing experience. The staff is efficient. The food and the ambience is pleasant and relaxing.

An excellent place for drinking with relaxation. Service is very good. Staves' behavior is very polite. Food quality/Taste is awesome. Ambience is worth loving.

For someone with limited budget, best time to come here is the happy hours which has 1 on 1 on many items from beers to vodka, whiskey and rum. Service is decent, sometimes it gets tough to reach out to them, sometimes they forget that you had ordered something. Ambience is brilliant!

Lovely place with great interiors. They have long list for drinks. I only had whisky. As it is bar, the food menu is very less, they should have added red meats in the menu.

My first visit to the Swirl happened on a Monday while meeting friends from out of town. It was late and empty but we were greeted by a smiling and cooperative bar tender who made us some wonderful vodka based mixed concoctions. It was a good time until we got the pan fried bhetki fish which had a strong smell to it and was certainly the only sub par item at the Swirl that night. The 3 stars is for the wonderful service and I hope the food is fresh on my next visit to the Swirl. Cheers!!!

Visited on Sunday night for a drink and some bar bites... Really disappointed, not at all what One would expect from a Taj property ... Drinks - 2/5 Service - 1/5 Vfm - 2/5 The place was empty except for 1 table... Decent music was being played by the DJ Service was ineffective from the start... Zomato gold on drinks was denied... they mentioned that they had asked Zomato to remove the gold listing but it was still not updated... We ordered a gin and tonic and a cocktail - Singapore sling The Singapore sling they make isn’t like the regular Singapore sling - it’s made with white rum litchi and soda... Probably they should change the name! Cocktails are priced 600-900 A fly fell into my drink and I had hardly had 3-4 sips. I asked the server to replace it... he took my drink and just used a spoon to remove the fly and gave it back to me! 🤣🤣🤣 I could’ve done the same thing if that’s what I really wanted! It was only after my colleague went and asked the server and bartender if this is what happens at a Taj property, they were like - sorry, we will replace the drink... P.S. the drink tasted like soda and litchi juice - no trace of alcohol at all... Visiting again- don’t think so!

I recently visited at the Vivanta and had high expectations given the brand’s reputation. While the hospitality and staff behavior were commendable, I was quite disappointed with the maintenance of the property. I hope the management takes note and improves the upkeep and regular maintenance, as it truly deserves to match the standards Taj is known for.
