I visited the new market branch near first cry with my family. The place is amazing and I always loved wow momo. But with a heavy heart I say that the quality of service is very very poor. Wow momo takes alot of initiative to bring out great deal. But the associates bring the brand crashing down. 1) When placing the order I mentioned NOT TO ADD THE SAUCE WITH THE MOMO. INSTEAD GIVE IT ON A DIFFERENT PLATE AND DO NOT WASTE THE PARCEL CONTAINERS AS WE WERE DINING IN. I HAD REQUESTED THIS BECAUSE I HAD A 2 YEAR OLD KID WHO COULDN'T EAT SAUCE. BUT ITS SAD TO SEE THAT THE ASSOCIATES WERE IN SUCH A HURRY THAT THEY HAVE ALL THE MOMOS IN THE SAME PLATE WITH THE SAUCE IN IT. THAT WAS THR FURST ISSUE. 2) THE ASSOCIATES CALLED OUT MY TOKEN THIKING THAT MY ORDER WAS READY. BUT I WAS WRONG. ITS WAS A TOTALLY INCOMPLETE ORDER. I SAW MY ORDER AND ASKED "IS MY ORDER COMPLETE"? THE ASSOCIATE SAID YES SIR I HAVE CHECKED. SADLY I HAD TO TAKE MY BILL AND MATCH IT WITH WHAT WAS OFFERED ON THE MENU AND ALSO MATCH IT WITH WHAT WAS SERVED AT THE COUNTER. THERE WAS 1 CHEESE MOMO MISSING. THERE WAS 2 COMBO COLD DRINKS MISSING. THERE WERE 2 BOTTLES OF PEPSI THAT I PAID FOR ALSO MISSING. THERE WERE 3 ISSUES ON ONE ORDER. 3) ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCING ON THE MICROPHONE WAS SO RUDE JUST TO GET RID OF ME FROM THE COUNTER, TELLING ME DO NOT CROWD THE COUNTER YOU WILL GET YOUR MISSING STUFF LATER SO START EATING AND COME DOWN AGAIN LATER TO COLLECT IT. IS THIS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE? The food was amazing no doubt but having so many employees and the brand that wow momo is I expected well trained. Atleast the hospitality is fine to deal with as the associates have alot of irate customers so they them selves are frustrated. But atleast providing the correct order and and checking it twice or thrice as it was a big order is all that I ask for. It's just justice to what I have spent that is all I wanted. Poor! Very poor hospitality of the service!

First of all.. I booked my dine in at wow chiken new market outlet since I was having a coupon of 25% off and hence I booked my seat and went there on the stipulated time. After reaching there, one of the staff tells me that zomato dine in isn't available since it doesn't show the option of zomato dine in on their computer.. then I asked them to return my 50₹ booking fee and I'll take my leave, but they said they can't do anything.. even though they are the one's who has registered their outlet on zomato dine in... when I wanted to talk to their head, they denied still I forced them and talked to their head he said I can get 25% off with the same coupon and it proved that the staffs were clearly lying. Then another thing they said is that dine in isn't available for meal orders only individual food orders are accepted in zomato dine in. and hence I had to order individually with greater amount of money and after getting my order I noticed they even mistook my order and gave me peri peri grilled fried chicken instead of peri peri grilled chicken burger... and the behaviour of the staffs were totally rude... worst experience ever had in a wow! chicken outlet

cold burger served..even the steamed momo was served cold.. being a regular customer, I was greatly dissatisfied with the service provided by the WOW GROUP. even the staffs are of the opinion that cold buns are served and this is the normal practice. particularly new market branch is pathetic.

Even after pre-booking and pre payment of booking charges wow China rejected our booking saying Zomato doesn't pay the restaurant partner. So they will not allow Zomato carnival booking. Extreme rude behavior by the Manager. Worst experience.

In district app showing payment available through district app, but when I went to the outlet they refused to accept payment through district app.
