Visited this place today in kalighat n I must say their quality has been degrading day by day. The quality n quantity of food is derogatory . I could barely find chicken in the hot garlic chicken n found more maida instead. Talking about the ambience what is actually wrong with the place? The tables are full of oil, the floor is full of dust, the plates has dents and holes in them, the colour of the plates have faded n gone white, even found flies and the cushions of the chairs are torn. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

They have a lot of combo offers at a reasonable price. They are famous for their Chinese combo food. The food quality and quantity is decent. Overall a nice place to visit.

Staff behaviour is horrible. We were forced to leave even after we placed the order because we asked for an extra chair that was available to keep our bag. We were said we were sitting at a table of four ( which had only two chairs) and that was technically not allowed while that was the only available Table.

Quality of the food was really bad , most of the food seemed to be stale . The taste of the food was below the average.

A very nice place to enjoy food with your family. I just dropped in without any planning but was really surprised to see the rate. It is very pocket friendly. And if you think that at this price the food will not be that good then you are absolutely wrong. The taste and quantity of the food were absolutely superb. And no the forget the behavior of the staff. They were very polite and friendly. Overall experience is superb.

Food quality, ambience everything was great. Even the staff's behaviour. I loved the crispy chicken so much that I took it for home. But the only thing I was disappointed was of the packaging of the takeaway. Please provide containers for takeaway purpose. Otherwise everything was perfect💯

After having a lovely delicacy at WTF saltlake sector 4 two years back, I decided to try at WTF Kalighat today. To begin with the review is like shouting out only one sentence "don't waste your money for eating street food stuffs". What does one expect arriving at a decent restaurant? A good ambience, a spacious area along with good food. To tell you the truth, disappointment is the only thing you get in return of your money. The fried rice seems to be more of a Gariahat street food type, so does the premium chicken which they claim to be their signature dish, you will end up consuming hell lot of chillies if you are a medium spicy or non spicy person. And moreover, when you make these people aware they pretend to be deaf rather than understanding the complaints. They even do not care to repair the leaking AC duct that spills droplets on the floor as well as on the seating arrangements giving a free shower to the customers relishing there. Wrapping up concluding with a famous line "Money gives you honey" but trust me your honey might not be impressed if you choose to spend here money, it may be a mortification.
