I have been coming to Xrong place since it opened years back and it's always a pleasure. The staff, especially Palash da, Basu da and Sukanta Da ,make me feel so comfortable and at home. I will always keep coming back here, whenever I visit Kolkata. love the food and the pricing is great. Keep up the good vibes !!!

Had a great time at Xrong Place! The vibe was chill with just the right mix of music and energy. I went on a Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised to find it was Ladies Night — awesome deals and a fun crowd. The staff were friendly, and the cocktails hit the spot. Definitely worth checking out midweek!

This space is too small to write a review of this place. Firstly unhygienic washroom to begin with. There are only two washrooms of which one is non-functional at times so boys and girls have to use one washroom. No maintenance, no. cleaning staff and pathetic behaviour of the staff out there. Arrogant, rude and dishonest. It has so happened that I have received the wrong bills of items I hadn't ordered. The chilli chicken was overcooked and the alcohol seemed to be diluted. They have a concept of open mic where any random singers come and sing and the songs are too harsh on the ears. it's amateur unprofessional singing. All in all a terrible place for karaoke and a must avoid for anyone coming here to spend money and an evening. Probably one of the worst of places.

The behaviour of all the staff was very bad and there was an arrogance and attitude. As I already booked the table earlier instead of that they denied to give us our recommendation seat and given others. Also when we asked to sit on the lower sofas they denied and said they can't serve.

loud crass music. Shady interiors. Expensive. Bad vibe from crowd. Service is ok. Staff tried to charge more for certain items if we are paying via zomato gold.

An awful live music show was going on. Price is too high compared to the quality. They added service tax with the bill. Not recommended at all.
