Food delicious tha aur presentation bhi kaafi achhi thi. Staff friendly aur attentive tha, jis wajah se experience aur bhi special lagaa. Overall, date ke liye ek great place hai. Definitely phir se visit karenge!"

The food was great—beautifully presented, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience with soft music and soothing lighting. The service was also prompt and highly professional. The only disappointment was that a few items on the menu were unavailable.

Serving Stale and Foul-Smelling Food Endangering Customer Health To, The Manager, Zairaah Restaurant, Salt Lake, Sector-1 Dear Sir/Madam, I am constrained to lodge this formal complaint regarding the extremely poor quality of food served to us during our visit to your restaurant. We ordered a Kulcha Bomb, which, upon being served, was found to be stale and emitting a strong foul smell, making it evident that the food was unfit for human consumption. Such food should never have been served to any customer. This is not merely a matter of poor service but a serious lapse in food safety and hygiene standards that could have resulted in food poisoning and endangered the health of your patrons. It is shocking that an establishment claiming to maintain professional standards would serve food that appears to have been spoiled. This reflects a complete failure of your kitchen’s quality control, inventory management, and food safety practices.

A staff member picked up my phone from the table and put it elsewhere on charge without my knowledge. I never asked anyone to do that. When I was looking for my phone and asked the staff about it, they said they didn’t know where it was. When I rang the phone, it started ringing and we found it charging under 3/4 menus near the kitchen. When we informed the staff, the response was, “You found it now, so it’s okay.” We requested them to check the CCTV footage, but they refused, saying cameras cannot be checked during operating hours. Extremely bad experience. The behaviour and response of some staff members made the situation highly suspicious and completely unacceptable.

well apart from hara bhara kebab everything was just waste. we had ordered French fries , which was so hard that if I hit someone they would get hurt, baby corn was so saucy, Manchow soup was sweet like anything. overall experience was very bad.

absolutely pathetic restaurant they don't know how to take the order and out here they are shouting like hooligans. no taste in the food also and also they can't understand anything. no one should go there

Horrible is an understatement for the food that we had. Not even one item was worth having. Magnolian rice tasted like Mexican rice with French Fries. Hummus was bland with no taste.
