Over our stay at fortune park panchawati, we had all day round meals from this place. And i must say that each and every dish we had were absolutely great. There are limited options in the menu but every option which we tried were pretty great. The staffs were very friendly and courteous. And I really mean like ..not like a generic statement. I loved the mocktails for the summer edition. Thai curry, pan fried noodles and chicken biriyani were my favourite. Chocolate mousse was good but a bit dry and hard. Food was a bit pricy..but it is not crazy pricy. Had a wonderful time there and planning to go soon. Do pay them a visit (only if u are staying there..otherwise it is middle of no where) 👍🏻

I just want to confirm one thing??....can anyone visit the restaurant and took the dining service??.. or it is only allowed for the visitors who are staying in the hotel??..... looking forward for your reply.....

We were there post Covid and extremely happy with hygiene maintain process and quality of food and service.Will visit again.

Its about half an hour drive from the city. 5 mins from Shatragachi Station. The restaurant inside the hotel is very impressive. Classy decor and finger licking food. Had both lunch and dinner coz i stayed in the property for a day. Biriyani was nice. Quality of Continental food was amazing. In the evening i had buffet which was again very impressive. The breakfast buffet is also mentionable as they serve variety of juices, cold cuts, eggs to order and south Indian Cuisine. Thank you management and keep up the good work.

Stayed here from Nov 19 to Nov 22, 2019. Room No 2203. Here are my observations: The Property: ============================================ Fortune Park comes from the stable of the ITC and is located in Howrah, boasting of 67 guest rooms and three banquet halls. This is more of a resort than a business hotel, having a plush swimming pool, a swell restaurant, and a zillion acres of real estate. The Principals: ============================================ The place is helmed by Kunal Banerjee, a genial gent who shoulders the responsibility of the complete operations of the place, including the top line, the bottom line, the service, the guest relations, the staffing, the facilities, the works. Kuntal is the heart and soul of the place, embracing every guest problem as his own, and having it attended with the same dedication.  He is ably helped by his right-hand man, Chirantan Sengupta, the Front Office Manager who ensured that I am accorded a VIP treatment right from the moment I stepped inside. Then there were other equally welcoming people, Navneet Singh, the Executive Housekeeper and Ranit Nag, the F and B Manager.  But the best of the best was Pankaj Kumar Jha, the Executive Chef here, who was not only a simplistic person, but also an expert in his metier, and delighted me with his culinary magic.  The Place: ============================================ 1) A clean room. Decent sized and with fairly good leg space. 2) Two large beds The mattress was fairly thick and the pillows were comfy. Pristine white bedspreads. Good sleep quality. 3) Not very well lit. Lighting could be improved here. 4) The windows overlooked the lush swimming pool. Excellent view. 5) Decent size bathroom. Adequate frills. The bathroom was separated from the aqua area by a nylon curtain, yet the water scarcely spilt outside the bathing area. Pressure pumped shower. Great flowing hot water. Good Bathing quality. 6) A 32-inch LCD TV. No HD Channels. 7) Excellently working wifi. Excellently working Ac. 8) Inadequate charging points by the bedside. A problem here. The Platter: ============================================ This is the place where I got floored. The breakfast spread was super-duper, with an eclectic mix of Indian and conti items. Idli wada and dosas, Peas kachori, Cut fruits and cheese platter, Bircher Muesli, Cholar dal, Grilled chicken, Pancakes, Egg bhurji, Mashed tomato, Grilled tomato, Oatmeal porridge, Baked beans, Saute Beans, Hakka Noodles. The drinks had a whopping seven varieties – cucumber juice, beetroot juice, buttermilk, sweet lassi, chocolate milkshake, canned mango juice and natural orange juice. And there was an equal number of bakery items. The dinner buffet was equally enticing – Chilly Fish, Chicken Do Pyaza, Yellow Dal Tadka, Hyderabadi style mixed vegetable, Masala Baby Aloo, Malai Kofta, Chilli Garlic Noodles, Sliced veg in Manchurian sauce, jalebis, cream pastries, moong dal halwa. The chef also regaled me with his special dishes, Chicken Tikka, Pabda fish, Mutton Kasha and Luchis. Full marks. The Postlude: ============================================ Simply loved the place. The service, the amenities, the food, the people, the value for money – everything is in its place. Its also necessary to mention a caveat here, the place is way too far from the main city. So if you are on a business tour, this might not be the appropriate option for you. However, if you are familiar with the territory, then simply go for it.

They serve the best breakfast buffet. Their strawberry pancakes are great. And so are the Parsley Potatoes. They have South Indian, Kachori sabji and alot more. Though i picked out the perfect english breakfast.

Foods and dishes are delicious like 4 star. It is a fine dine restaurent at 4 Star rated Hotel Fortune Park Panchawati. Staffs are well behaved and helpful. The starters are very good. Main dishes are delicious.

First of all i would like to Thank Fortune Park for the best Day trip package offer to us with a good deal services was excellent no words to express Mr Ram who well attended us and given us the best personalized service and the food was average  but later he arrange special extra cuisine for us to change the taste bud appreciated that unexpected thanks a lots overall it was good feeling but we enjoyed.

Had been to this place on the year end. The property is well maintained and staff is helpful and courteous. The downside is that the menu isn't elaborate. Their tandoor section remains closed for the most part of the day. Food was not at par with it's standard. All I had enjoyed was the Cesar salad. They seriously need to improvise on their menu.

Visited this place for an event and got a chance to taste the food here. While the property is ITC Fortune and pretty large, it does not look too well maintained. The food also is about average.
