went there. had good food and good service as well.late night is always busy. but that is true for most of cliff based restaurants.

I visited this place on my first day of Kerala trip for the lunch. I went with a friend whom I met at Zostel. The place has very lovely vibes and nice beach views. We had some drinks and pizza. Everything tasted very average though. It is situated on Varkala cliff. Cost - 800 bucks for pizza and two drinks

Beware, all that glitters is not gold. I too was drawn with all the posts on instagram, but alast one of my worst experiences with restaurants. The manager (bearded guy) rude from the get go, you are two ppl this table is meant for three please move to the other one no argument (should have left then). Was made to sit at a table that took 15 mins to get cleaned after begging 5 times. The order one pizza, took 40 mins and then the bills after many request took another 15 mins when went up to the billing counter ourselves. Mind you all this was after 3 pm when the rush was over and more than half of the tables were empty. All this while all the waiters were running around and not listening, not really was able to grasp that what they were busy with. P.S. the pizza was one of the most mediocre pizza of my life.

We had worst experience with these guys. Don't listen to the insta influencers. Looks like these are paid reviews. These guys treat their customers very badly. The gate keeper acts like he is doing a favour by taking a booking. It was raining and we were made to stand in queue for 30mins. They said we won't tell you when you ll get a seat. It is not worth to line like prisoners. There are better places in North cliff with a whole better experience. We went to cafe del mar where food and service were much better even though the place was crowded. Avoid this place at all cost.

If you don’t wish to ruin your Varkala experience then do yourself a favour and never visit this place. Both service and food are deplorable!

The manager was extremely rude and refused to let us sit at the nicer tables with a view even though they were empty.
