I ordered 2 sets of "Chicken Pothi Porotta" worth 190/- each via zomato app yesterday(09/05/2022) around 11:45am. Although I got my food delivered in time, as I opened both the packets for eating I found that there was not even a single chicken piece in both the packets. Each packet had 4 porottas with 2 eggs and some gravy on it only, but no "Chicken". This is extremely disappointing and cheating too from the hotel authorities. It was a total wastage of my money spent on a dish that didn't have a single chicken piece as the name of the food suggests it to be. The picture given for "Chicken Pothi Porotta" by this hotel in Zomato app is also absolutely inappropriate and misleading because what I received is exactly opposite to what is being depicted in the picture. I have taken some photos of "Chicken Pothi Porotta" delivered to me from this hotel.

It was such a bad experience from them... They delyed My ordr more above 1 hour.... After all it was a small order .....such a bad experince ...shame on you city hotel .......
