Superb place, excellent food, their rooftop is simply beautiful place to hangout ..i will recommend this place to everyone.. their Veg and Non-Veg both are simply tasty, ambience of restaurant is great..Staff is very polite, ready to help you out always..keep.up the good work!!!!

One of finest place for dining in kota till now Taste wise its taste was good but not all cuisine on mennu card was available this was something not expected from restaurant of country inn Overall good if u r in Kota must visit "Mosiac" Restaurant of country inn by Carlos.

Decent place for a decent lunch. Could do much better with better service. The rooftop on the other hand is amazing. Too much variation in taste.

Price to performance was good and above average. Taste was also good and service was also good. Ambiance and lighting was above the average.

During our stay at Country Inn we visited Mosaic for lunch and breakfast. The food is not out of the ordinary and moreover choices are very limited. The quantity though is reasonable. Breakfast spread is very meager and very ordinary for a hotel of the Radisson chain. Non veg options are very limited. Surprisingly they serve Gulab Jamun and Moong Dal ka halwa in breakfast. Service is commendable but the restaurant can get stuffy towards the afternoon. We were informed of the Saturday night dinner buffet but the items on the menu were too limited to even give a second thought, no starters, just a soup, 2 veg and 2 non veg (chicken and egg) with one sweet dish. Who counts egg in non-veg now a days.

Sits in the aristocracy of Country Inn, Known for its utter elegance evergreen. It's food tastes deliciously expensive, And the music behind is quite intensive. I agree the staffs are sincerely educated, No signs impoliteness could be detected. Visit to experience it's royal environment, But the food may turn out to be a bit of disappointment.

Service was pathetic, staff was there but couldn’t attend to table properly. Was lied to about dining options. Buffet Food items taste was not at all good and was cold by the time it was served.

3rd Class service. You have to call 10 times to get a waiter. Have atleast 2 hours for a meal. Waiters need training for basic etiquettes. Wasted money n time both.
