Ordered food 1 and a half hours ago. Didn’t get any updates on the order untill now. Worst service/restaurant in Pala interms of delivery. When I called to the restaurant to check my order now, they’re not even polite in communicating with me atleast a customer and does not seem to be knowing anything about the order they already accepted. They told they’ll call me after checking, but never called back and on calling multiple times, a very abusive person from the restaurant attended the call and I had to place the order again. They never noted anything I mentioned as specifications and never apologised for anything. Worst customer compatibility 👎. I’m waiting for my food now & I’ll update about the food quality in coming review IF I GET IT DELIVERED!
