Pothichoru essential curry is missing like pullisseri ,moru etc...packing is good but very less side dish.

This used to be our go to place for a nice lunch or dinner however of late notice the quality slipping and very often items on the menu not available. It has a great potential as Kottayam is in need of a restaurant that offers consistent quality and variety of food options.

Please don't ever buy this item from.here . it was just a raw white meat with some rose colour here and there . It never tasted like a tandoor, it wasn't even go near a tandoor oven. So chewy, not at all cooked ..

Service was very bad and irresponsible staff, bread items was good but curry( tikka masala, chilly chicken) was not at all tasty, fried rice was not fresh, biscuit puddings ordered was disgusting.

Terrible experience.Staff absolutely unhelpful for families with kids.Even rice dal took nearly 35mins.Poor staff attitude.Majority of the menu is unavailable.

The chicken biriyani we purchased last day didn't taste good. The chicken wasn't cooked well. Also, the quantity was less compared to other places.
