To be frank i loved it to the core especially the ambience, service and the presentation of the food. I tried lunch and dinner both are really good. Top notch is the taste of the Ayala Fry and Mathi Fry.

This place has to be awarded for the thought behind the theatrics of each dish. After going through a lot of reviews, we decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed. We ordered: 1) ICU (Green Apple + Grape) - not that great 2) Chakka Manga Thenga (Jackfruit + Mango + Coconut)- loved itt 3) Beef fry- lip smacking 4) Chicken biryani - good 5) Fish tawa fry with coconut paste (forgot the name of the dish) - the hero.. Would go there again again just for that.

Most over rated restaurant. No dish is good here. We ordered minnal chicken. Kappa. Kallappam. Porota and red fish curry. Minnal chicken is just a below average chicken curry. No salt and no distinct taste. Coin porota served along with chicken was very hard. Kappa is not cooked. Red fish curry is not even near to any standards. Porotta is average Kallappam is hot and fast served but batter is fermented. So is just average. Decor: Very Average. Poor lighting. Menu cannot be read. So small letters. Favourable: Quantity and price are ok. Service boys are good.

I have ordered some fish fry curry and kappa their name and presentation of name was very good the quality of the food was very bad .and they don’t deliver the full food that i have ordered . I return the product by going to their shop . At that time they tell me that those are diffrent varieties of foods i think they are doing experiments on food and selling them. I have attached those foods photos.

Yesterday (06/06/2021) I had ordered 2 thalasery chicken biriyani and one portion beef fry. It was my first experience with this restaurant because of the over hype in the social media, and my experience was totally disappointing with the quality of food. The biriyani was cold and only one piece of bone. the beef fry also overpriced and full of bone pieces. Anyway first and last

ആരും ഓർഡർ ചെയ്തു വഞ്ചിതർ ആകരുത്.. വെന്തിട്ടും ഇല്ല മൊത്തം കീറിയ പൊറോട്ട അതും കുറച്ച് മാത്രം ബീഫ് ടെസ്റ്റും ഇല്ല

Very poor food... I ordered ghee rice chicken roast combo.. But the chicken roast is horrible with foul smell...and not able to eat at all I have messaged with zomato but no response

The beef roast I ordered did not meet my expectations. The food tasted and looked different from what I had previously eaten at the same hotel (Dine-in). The standard is quite poor.

I had food from here and to be honest i was behind the hype and all. But the food was utter waste and not value for money. Wasted around 3 hours and would never come back

Horrible …. Naadan chicken curry is chicken dipped in chilly water. Please dont insult naadan preparations .. Shall never order from Shap again.
