One night, my girlfriend and I visited Zam Zam in Calicut. Whenever we’re in Trivandrum, we usually go to Zam Zam because of the great food and excellent service. But our experience in Calicut was very disappointing. The staff behaved unprofessionally, made jokes, and asked us to change seats three times. There are only four shared seats available, so we just sat where we could. As a hotel management graduate, I was really disappointed to see such poor service from the staff.

മലബാർ ചിക്കൻ കറി ഓർഡർ ചെയ്താൽ വറ്റൽ മുളക് കൊണ്ടുള്ള പായസമാണോ മിസ്റ്റർ കൊടുത്തുവിടുന്നത്?!! മുളകിന് വില കുറവാണെന്ന് കരുതി മേലാൽ ഈ പണി ചെയ്യരുത്.😠

The worst mandi that I have ever eaten..my 3 yr old baby had fever after eating shawaya from here.. It tasted nice and he ate well. Such a bad experience. I ordered for my family having old parents who were new to Arabian cuisine and after eating that dey hated the and the whole feeling to the way the Arabian food tastes .
