My favourite place in Manali (in shuru) The ambience, the food, the vibe, I love everything about this place. Have been here multiple times & never have I ever been disappointed. They have a limited menu but they know what they serve & are on point with the quality & flavours. My personal favourite here is: Roast leg of lamb in rosemary herbs Grilled chicken in barbecue sauce Bacon wrapped chicken Grilled Trout fish with capers Not to miss their In-house made Strawberry ice cream. A must visit place!!

Do visit @fatplatecafe the next time you are in Manali for lip smacking delicacies crafted by Chef Anubhav! You will be greeted by the warm Rati aunty @ratishomemade who also whips up some yummy artisanal jams, spreads, and pickles made from the freshest ingredients in the valley! Oh! Did I mention how gorgeous this cafe is? Things I ate were the Caprese Salad, Khao Suey, Methi Malai Paneer, Laccha Paratha. The Sangria suggested by Chef Anubhav was delicious!

The place was beautiful, and the service was super quick. We weren’t sure about the food at first, but wow—it was so fresh and delicious! The homemade ice cream was a hit, and the jams and chutneys were so good we ended up buying some. Best of all, they’re pet-friendly! They did offer boiled chicken for our pup, but it’d be great to see more pet menu options. Overall, such a lovely spot!

Overall experience was awesome 👌 Ambience (3.5) (Basis of manali best cafe's) It was greenery ambience with varity of dittinng areas. We have choosen the best one which is outside front open lawn. The surrounding is full of beautiful flowers. They also have inside sitting area other central hall and other side hall. Also, there is another lawn area beside cetral hall. There is one side lawn which is not maintained. The place also have home made or natural jam and other items which is also good. Food (4.5) One of the item was so delecious which is mentioned in the last. The best thing is the item which are prepared are coming first. We Had plum juice (2.5) which is like cough syrup, Chicken ceaser salad (3) which is fine. The chicken was somewhat cold which is the dish part but I prefer hot one. Grilled breast chicken (3) which also fine Veg burger with complimentary fries 🍟 (3) which is normal, We have veg soup (3.5) which is also nice, In the desert we had waffle (4) with ice cream. It was yummy. On the top dish was home style chicken🐔 (5). It was so amazing and tasty. The main star point was it was so soft that by touching the chicken is break into pieces and also so well cooked. The gravy was also good. Some other folk order other things and we are full. But after tasting the dish. We other bread for ourself too.

This restaurant was highly recommend by locals here, so we planned to get some dinner here. As we went at night we couldn't enjoy the ambience much, but the place is beautifully decorated. I have tried limited set of things and my total bill was around 1450/ - with taxes. Handbeaten cafe - 150 rupees - 3.5/5 Rara mutton with lacha paratha - 650/- 4/5 (200g mutton with lacha paratha and raita) mutton was tender and gravy was yummy but quantity could have been better. Lacha paratha extra - 45/- Mutton burger - 350/- 2/5 would not recommend. They served burger with fries which was pretty basic and small in size. The taste was pretty average. Mineral water - 50/-

Food was disappointing. We ordered white sauce pasta which was quite bland, tasteless and had almost no veggies. It said in the menu description that pasta has brocolli and mushroom but there were none. They did however put veggies in once we requested them.

We went to this place on recommendation of you tubers Ronnie and barty. M sure since they were to promote the place , must have been served on priority. I would see other guest who have arrived to the place being served first and we who were here ordered for only a chicken burger with some drinks took them 1 hour 15 mins . We really didn’t expect the food to arrive so late and it was cold . The burger was accompanied with few fries which was also cold and the homemade plum juice was more like a jelly sharbat. They have one staff who acts for all the guest arriving. No wonder they have a good ambiance but the customer service is not taken care. If you are hungry then you must not visit the place as their food will arrive after hours of you placing order. The place is beautiful but missing a positive vibe. Understaff , no professionalism. They really need to pull-up their socks and hire a bunch of staff to run this cafe. The owner itself is the only chef who is catering to all the guest here no wonder food gets delayed. Undertrained staff. Thankfully we were not hungry

We have been to this place thrice . And today was the 4th time. We always had issues with service, always slow and non responsive. And food was decent for the price. (Of course but over priced, which was okay as place is quite pretty and calm. But today we had a different experience altogether. We waited for over an hour for someone to take our order even after multiple reminders. We ordered a simple dal roti sabji, assuming nothing can go wrong with it. To our surprise, dal was stale. It was so bad that it was stinking as soon as we got food on the table. We do not understand, how can one miss this whole heating the food and imagine how stale it has to be to go bad in a place like Manali . Had we not figured this out, we would have fallen sick with food poisoning. I recommend asking them for fresh food or keep food to minimum and come for ambience.

The food is highly over priced and no taste at all. Ordered for Khao suey and it was exactly like cold tomato soup and was made in water and milk that too regular milk. The fish size was small and so was the pasta. The food took very long to come and very very average in taste.
