Sad to say, we arrived JUST before closing time. The manager and staff were sweet enough to let us order a little and sit by the pool for a bit. We just had some wine and no food (because of closing time), but Caprice in the lobby was an equally good option, it turned out. The service is impeccable. The pool area is quite the place to spend a quiet evening at. They even have a separate area for bigger groups. Coming back for the food sometime. :)

Good staff behaviour, good food, good service, bt one thing dat there is no crowd in their rooftop area. So i feel little disappointed. Coz u dnt wanna enjoy ur drink wdout crowd.

I have visited this bar twice and the only reason the second time was because of a deal wherein they provide 50 percent off. Having said that I still feel that the Staff is polite but the crowd was a little surprising for a five star hotel. I saw rowdy crowd with drunk middle aged men putting shoes in the swimming pool. Which I guess was a one of incident. The manager takes out time to accomodate speak to you which all the more makes it a more personalised experience. They customised dishes for me and I appreciate that. I may not suggest this place for the afternoon as it's mostly empty , and they did not even play any music even when guests were sitting. Evenings seem more lively. The Gaulauti kebab is great , nice and tasty. It's their signature dish. The Prawns were horribly spicy.

Finally visited Radisson Lucknow which is not at all a 5 star , when we entered there was no valet or any guard to guide us where to park our vehicle. This was to be ignored , we took the dinner buffet and food was very normal. Better to spend 999 at bbq nation than to spend 1699 for a very average service. The worst came when they served us the bill when they added a drink more and started arguing over it . YOU DONT GET SUCH AN EXPERIENCE AT A 5star. The rooftop cafe/restaurant is shut(possibly due to poor frequency of guests) so we had to go to caprese which is situated on ground flood. Verdict- never visiting again , not even if they give us free coupons.

Please improve your mutton rogan josh as it didn’t contain all the spices and flavours and kindly stop using artificial colours and improve your quality and behaviour of your staff towards customers.Thankyou. Have a nice day!

Food was pathetic !!!! Mr MUKESH manager of altitude , very rude and misbehave, they were not ready to on the woofers and when we requested he was rude and misbehave that we can’t after 11.30 , guys why have u opened the disc ?? We booked the disc party ....

They do not accept zomato pro and table booking is also not valid unless you book direct. Manager said restaurant is different and they will not accept zomato pro and table booking from zomato

Food was very bad .... snacks cold and not fresh, Manager of disc MUKESH very rude with attitude.... not recommended for dinner and disc , music was also not good .....
