Had a great experience at Arbania Restaurant. The food was delicious, the ambience was pleasant, and the overall service was excellent. Special thanks to Jitendra, who managed everything very well and made sure all the guests were comfortable and well taken care of. His polite and professional behaviour really stood out. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely visit again!

The food was very Tasty. Great Ambience. loved the Special Al Faham and Juicy Mutton Mandi. Kunafa was the best you can get anywhere in Lucknow.

I booked a table at Urbania through District based on the menu and prices shown in the app. However, when I reached the restaurant, I found that the menu and prices were different. The prices at the restaurant were significantly higher than those shown on District. I also checked the menu on Google, and the prices there matched the lower prices shown on District, not the higher prices charged at the restaurant. This is misleading for customers, as the information displayed on District does not match the actual prices at the restaurant. I request you to investigate this issue, update the menu and pricing on your platform, and take appropriate action. I would also appreciate a suitable resolution for the inconvenience caused.

Extremely disappointing experience at Arabania. The hospitality was poor, and the staff’s rude and unprofessional behaviour made the experience even worse. There was a complete lack of courtesy and customer service. A place should make its customers feel welcomed and respected, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. Definitely needs significant improvement in staff behaviour and overall hospitality.

Very disappointing experience. The quantity was extremely low compared to the price, and the rates were definitely not student-friendly. Unfortunately, the taste was also below expectations. Overall, the food was not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to students looking for good food at a reasonable price.
