I told the server that I wanted a non sweet mocktail, despite that he brought something extremely sweet, i requested to fix it as I could not consume it, he brought it back after squeezing in a lemon. i couldn’t drink it, for a hotel of this level, yoi would expect that dissatisfaction of a customer might mean something to them. It did not. The charged me for a drink i barely touched. Disappointed by the service. Food was no doubt very good.

The food was good, and the staff was nice too; however, the quantity of food was very small relative to the price, which didn't seem right to me. According to price, increasing the quantity of food intake would yield even better results.

The shorba was not up to the mark. Very thin consistency and no flavour of mushroom. The kebabs were fine but the sides were pathetic. In fact the bread sticks were damn and chewy! Overall, not up to the standards of fine dining
