I booked a table for 31st dec, the staff cancelled it without informing me. I got a call sometime after i did the booking in their website, the person was asking for a token amount to confirm the booking, as i was not sure if it was an actual call or fraud call i did not pay so they themself cancelled it. If a token amount is required it should be done via app and not over call, customer security should be preffered. As i was with the family, for some occasion, i still ask them for a table. The staff rudely mentined that you need to vaccate in 1.5 hrs, anyways it was enough time for us so still i went. Service could have better, dessert was sub par. I paid 5k+ for four members, for that much amount lot of better places are available!!

The staff is too rude we had a 9:30 PM booking. Nobody entertained us till 10:30 p.m. and food was served as if they were serving some beggars. Nobody came to ask for even Chapati. We did not even had a main course and instead of asking again and again for some particular dishes, they were not serving us and they were telling us that it’s finished so why you were charging us so much of money. 950 per plate and even one of our guest went away after that without eating but still they charged us for that person. Please go through the camera

Worstttt, The staff was saying: Zomato Dine in se kiya isliye aapka nhi hoga abhi official app se seat reserve kro fir hoga .. What a worst service... Even they don't give a fk to the customer who came through zomato dine in... wasted my whole day,they told me to visit after 3-4 hr for availability... but the fact is there will be limited stuff to eat at last & finally I've to leave this sh*t

Please improve your main course. Starters are okayish. Need to improve main course. Not even a single dish was good. But service is good.
