Visited Barbeque Nation and unfortunately the experience fell short. Service was very slow throughout the meal, which made the whole visit feel dragged out. The bigger issue was the buffet itself — despite being advertised as an unlimited buffet, only 3-4 dishes were available at a time in both starters and main course, and trays were often left empty for long stretches before being refilled. The atmosphere also didn't match the price point. For the cost, I expected much better variety and quicker service. Wouldn't recommend unless things improve.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Barbeque Nation. We waited forever for the food to arrive, and when it did, the vegetarian options were shockingly limited for both snacks and dinner. What we did get tasted way below par. For the price we paid, this level of food quality, variety, and service is simply not acceptable. Extremely disappointed and expected so much better.
