Already booked the table, but we were asked to pay ₹1,000 at the gate. The main issue was that this ₹1,000 was not considered as part of the full bill. Instead, it was deducted first, and then the advertised 40–50% offer was applied only to the remaining amount. Because of this, the actual effective discount was only around 22–22%, not the 40–50% discount that was advertised. This is misleading from a customer’s perspective. The bill was also split only to separate the liquor and food items, not to misuse the offer or claim it multiple times. However, the staff said the offer was valid for only one bill, even though the offer was advertised for the full bill. If the offer is advertised as 40–50% off the full bill, the ₹1,000 gate charge should not be deducted first to artificially reduce the discount. The terms should be clearly communicated upfront, and the advertised discount should be applied transparently.

Very bad experience overall. The food and drinks were honestly disappointing and lacked taste. On top of that, they charged an extra service charge which was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. When we asked them to remove it, they simply said it was a “new rule” and that it had been changed recently. Honestly, there’s no point in offering a discount if customers are then forced to pay an additional service charge. The whole experience was quite disappointing, especially because the service charge was added without any proper information or prior mention. Definitely not worth the money.

isse jyada bekar place maine aajtak nhi dekha service itni bekar food waste of money khana order karne pe 2 hr me leke aate hai kuch bhi taste nhi hai yha pe sirf bachelor's aaye or drink hi enjoy karte hai baki family ke liye to bilkul hi bekar hai water bottle ka 120 rs charge laga rakha hai normal water bhi nhi hai available na inka AC chalta hai pure club me 2 cooler laga rakhe hai kisi ko mai nhi kahungi ki is tarah ke ghatiya club me jaye koi jane se pahle ek baar check jaroor karle 5 star ke price ka to rate laga rakha hai taste bhi nhi hai

I booked a dining table at Big Daddy through Zomato, but the experience felt more like they were arranging things somehow rather than providing a proper dining setup. If they don’t actually offer a dining experience, they should avoid providing a dining table booking option on Zomato. The overall arrangement was confusing and not what I expected from a dining reservation. I would suggest being more transparent about the type of experience customers can expect when making a booking.
