I have celebrated my daughter’s birthday here,at first it does not seem to be family friendly but the staff was cooperative and made the environment bearable for children Also I wanted the decor so they allowed me to send my vendor to do the decoration (which mostly places don’t offer) We enjoyed the taste was also good!

terrible food and service, they refused to give us non- bottled water because apparently they don’t serve it just so they can charge us for the water, and refused to remove the service charge because we were paying through a third party app availing discount. their service was bad as well, we had to search for them to place our order and you could find better food literally anywhere in Lucknow.

One of the most underwhelming nightlife experiences in Lucknow. Big Daddy is all show and no quality. The place is badly overcrowded, with zero control or coordination from the management. From entry to exit, everything feels disorganized and poorly handled. The music is unbearably loud and lacks any proper rhythm or flow. The DJ seems clueless about the crowd’s mood, and song choices feel random and irritating rather than enjoyable. What looks glamorous online turns out to be shabby and uncomfortable in reality. The service is shockingly poor. Staff members are inattentive, untrained, and slow to respond. Orders take an unreasonable amount of time, and when they finally arrive, the food and drinks are hugely overpriced for such mediocre quality. Cocktails feel watered down, and the food is bland and often not even fresh. Overall, the environment is more stressful than entertaining, with poor crowd control and an unpleasant atmosphere. Only pro - Got 50% off on dining bill. Cons - The open roof area was closed before 10 pm, hence had to sit with family in the midst of deafening music. Though it was open but we were told to sit inside. Their service is slower than a snail. Had to wait for half an hour for starters and 40 mins for the main course. Bread was repeated after 15 mins by them. Even their food tastes below par for their price. Pasta, butter garlic mushroom were actually disasters. You'll have to buy a 750ml bottle for ₹130 with absolutely no packaging on it. It was so bland I first thought it was regular water, but was billed and later told me that they don't serve regular water. BTW it was only served after asking for it thrice and glasses after 4 times. They levy mandatory service charges of 10%. I don't know why nobody questions them. Hence, even after having to pay half the price, I won't visit here again.

Pathetic experience..... resturant was not ready to allow us to enter..... we had pre boocked...but They were saying that they had done pest control ..so they can not take order...very misleading ...why they kept slot open in zomato,when there wew pest control....... we being student...have a time limit to entry in hostel... we xan not exceed our limited time.... at the end moment they are cancelling booking... is this a type of professional attidute???? really pissed off..... I booked for my birthday party... and got embarrased in from of 10 friend... pathetic

toilet tha pani nahi ,strange kya hogaya hai 'BIG DADDY KO' NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. SERVICE BHI ACHI NAHI THI . LIVE SCREEN BOLKE AUDIO KISE AUR PHONE SE CHALANA PARD RAHA THA. Upon request too they added a service charge of ₹2000 saying "zomato leta hai humse". big disappointments from BIGG DADDY

they asked for entry charge even after booking. service was awwful and the difference in service between their customer and district customer was so much evident.
