Everything was good except the booking through Zomato did not stand there. Cover charges paid for 20% discount went to waste. Restaurants gave 15% discount as a walk in person. Booking was not visible on app. Visible on email only

I went there for my wedding anniversary celebration and The ambience of the Virendra Mahal restaurant was amazing, the food was delicious and the staff was polite. we had a good time there.

The infrastructure is of 5 star level, food is of 4 star level and Service is of 3 STAR LEVEL. you expect five star level service when you are paying this much only the architecture of this place somewhat makes up for the poor service

Service was pathetic. We booked table for 25 people and they were short staffed and cloudnt cater us properly. We had given them menu in advance and also told them to set up food in advance however staff was unequipped , no professionalism and baffled. There was no service as per the charges they had and they were not ready to accept the same.

chicken hakka chowmein was prepared with very little chicken . the price was 1000 including tax but quantityof meat was unacceptable. although they replaced the dish, this kind of unpleasant experience is unacceptable from a 5 star hotel restaurant. highly overpriced.
