It’s probably the best Burger King outlet with great space and great preparation of the menu. Just on the ground floor of City Mall, It’s the one I opt for over all the other Burger King joints and they have a noticeable difference of taste in all their burgers and shakes! 🔥

Burger King has been a fav place for me for burgers but this outlet in Gomti Nagar are delivering the worst service. Ordered Chicken Whopper and Veg Wrap. Firstly order was taken and they didn’t knew that the raw material is not available. Then anyhow they manage to bring the product in which the the chicken Pattie in burger was burned and was also tasting burned. Not at all happy with service of this outlet.

I have order 2 burgers from this restaurant and paid online. They sent only 1. Now they didn't refund nor they gv 2 nd burger. Very fraud Food Delivery to customers. I suggest everyone not to order anything from this outlet for home delivery. They will cheat

Burger king , gomti nagar at srs mall, Order was too late around 20-30min late, even when i call to delivery partner the restaurant person was talking in inappropriate way ... it's not executable... it's even not deserve any single star...

The staff forces you to give 5 star rating and sometimes even take your phone from you and do it themselves. Very unprofessional.
