If you want good coffee, you won’t find it here. All you’ll find is rude staff, poor packaging and coffee thats tastes like water. I don’t live in India, but in my time here the better coffees and service are from Starbucks and Barista. Avoid this place, you can make better coffee at home.

I had ordered a cake for my friend's birthday celebration from their main outlet and this was a major embarrassment when the cake tasted stale after cake cutting ceremony. This was a huge embarrassment for myself even though it was ordered from renowned CCD.

Vegan shake has no vegan milk. When I asked the server about it, he says they can only serve milk- based cream with it. How is it Vegan? They should be booked for misbranding and fraud.
