I had a wonderful experience at this café! ❤️ The ambience was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everything was absolutely satisfying. The prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe was amazing. Everything was just perfect! Definitely a must-visit place. Highly recommended! ✨🤍

Food quantity is less. Taste can be improved more. It was like food is good everything is good. There is nothing wrong but something is missing. Some feeling whcih needs to be there in the food.

Disappointing Evening for a Family Dinner — Terrible Service Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) My family and in-laws visited Cafe Dalela last night for a special Independence Day dinner. While the food itself actually tasted good, the utterly unprofessional service completely ruined what was supposed to be a lovely family gathering. Planning a dinner with in-laws already comes with a desire for everything to run smoothly, but the staff and floor manager failed on almost every front: * Pacing & Timing: Starters and main course entrees were slammed onto the table at the exact same time. Before we could even finish a couple of bites of our appetizers, cold main dishes were sitting in front of us. * Cold & Incorrect Orders: We were served the wrong breads, and because of the rushed pacing, the food was served cold by the time we could eat it. * Lack of Basic Amenities: We had to repeatedly ask for basic cutlery and tissues. When we requested forks and napkins, we were told they ran out due to "high guest occupancy"—a blatant excuse considering nearly a third of the tables were visibly empty. * Rude & Unaware Staff: The waitress serving our table was incredibly rude, acting as if taking our order was a major inconvenience. She had zero knowledge of the menu items when we asked basic questions. * Zero Accountability: When we raised these issues, the floor manager offered no solutions and took zero responsibility for the chaos. When you bring your family and in-laws out for a sit-down dinner, you expect basic hospitality and timing. Tasty food cannot make up for an experience that leaves your guests feeling uncomfortable and neglected. Management urgently needs to invest in proper staff training and hire people who understand basic guest relations. I hope the owner takes this seriously, as we will not be returning anytime soon.

Disappointing Family Dinner at Cafe Dalela – Good Food Ruined by Appalling Service As a homemaker, planning a weekend dinner out with my family is something I truly look forward to. On August 15th, we went to Cafe Dalela expecting a pleasant evening and a nice meal together. Unfortunately, while the kitchen knows what it is doing, the service staff completely ruined our family time. The unprofessionalism started right from the kitchen timing. They brought out our main course right alongside the starters without waiting for us to finish. To make matters worse, they served the wrong breads, and by the time we tried eating, everything had turned cold. Basic table setup was completely neglected: * Missing Essentials: We were not given proper cutlery, tissues, or even forks. * Invalid Excuses: When we asked for basics like paper napkins, management blamed high guest occupancy. This was blatantly untrue, as at least 30% of the tables were visibly empty. * Rude Staff: The waitress serving

Visited Last night. Ambience was okay. Was served one extra dish which we didn’t even order but the staff insisted that we have placed order and it can’t be changed. Wanted to Pay using Zomato District for which staff discouraged and insisted that I should pay in Cash at hotel itself. Once he found that we are not getting any discount with district , He seemed oddly very happy that we will not get any discount now. Need to change the behaviour and be more friendly for guests
