The initial welcome was disappointing with no service staff approaching us. The menu cards were filthy and shabby while the quarter plate had a fly comfortably sitting on it. We ordered Indian food on the recommendation of the staff and the quality turned out to be below average. the Chicken Tikka Masala had an extremely thick gravy and the naan was underdone. The staff was busy on a call and was quite unresponsive. The whole experience was very underwhelming

There was a lot of waiting for each dish. One of the dish was not available but it was not told to us. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, when we inquired how much more time, we were informed that the dish order was not even taken.
