staff looked way too tired to serve place was quite small and not suitable for a group of 7. pizza and coffee were nice but sandwich spagetti and mezzo platter could have been better

Review of food delivered I really want this restaurant to do well, because there are very few places in Lucknow that I’ve enjoyed enough to repeatedly order from. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing and concerning experience this time. I ordered pizza along with a few other items last night. Less than 12 hours later, despite keeping the pizza properly refrigerated, I found visible mould on it the next morning. The other items appeared fine, but given what happened with the pizza, I wasn’t comfortable taking the risk and had to throw them away as a precaution. I genuinely don’t know what caused this. Either the food was older than it should have been, or there may be an issue with food storage, handling, or kitchen hygiene. Whatever the reason, I sincerely hope you look into it and sort it out. I actually want to keep ordering from you and hope this is taken as genuine feedback. Wish you nothing but the best.

Considering my previous visits and recommendations from others as well, I had never expected such a sub standard customer service and approach to customer feedback. Where there should have been a courteous way of understanding the situation and communicating as well, the staff was busy explaining the recipe, the ingredients and what not rather than having the drink corrected. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Food is not good as i expected & telling about extra beans in americano coffee they deny and say to extra pay for this and also service is not good required training to all employees how to treat in restaurants
