The ambience was nice but the food was not at all good i ordered red sauce pasta it was bad and spicy panner cheese sandwich that was also not good. The service was slow and the place was super crowded

Absolutely the worst pizza, it tasted very bad. The sauce was not up to the mark. Only the mushroom dish was good.

Overall Disappointing Experience!! 😑 1. Whichever table you would try to sit they will call it reserved. 2. Portion was too small. 3 small thin cheese rolls costed us 300 rupees. 3. We asked them specifically for a medium sugar in cold coffee but they didn't put sugar at all. 4. Staff Behaviour - Extremely rude, straight unprofessional replies, 5. They did not bother to ask themselves about what we want, we had to call them every time. 6. Took too much time to take orders. 7. They were staring hard when we were clicking pictures like they have no other jobs left other than to stare at us.

Honestly, the service was extremely disappointing. The waiter had no basic sense of how to speak to customers and kept repeatedly asking us, “Aap log kab jaayenge? Bill le aau?” which was extremely uncomfortable and irritating. We came to enjoy the café, spend some time, have food, talk and relax—not feel like we were being rushed to leave. We were ordering in between and spending time there, so constantly asking when we would leave was really unprofessional and completely ruined the experience.

Im giving one star because there is no option of giving zero star because the receptionist was so rude So my conversation with the receptionist went like this: I asked him that I pre booked the seat in this particular compartment but he said we cannot give you that seat I asked reason he Said I can't give you seat in that compartment and then he said if you have to sit in this section I can't give you Don't be here go from here
