Staff (Waiters) highly unprofessional, food is below average for the price you have to pay. only attraction is the decoration and photography at entry corridor.

Not a single waiter seems willing to serve. They stand around chatting and completely ignore customers. To place an order, you have to call a waiter at least 10 times and then wait for 20 minutes before they finally arrive to take your order. Although valet parking is available, the valet refuses to assist unless you bring the manager from inside the cafeteria. To be fair, the food is decent—it’s not bad, but it doesn’t justify the prices they charge. Unfortunately, the service is absolutely abysmal.

Such a cheap place Absolutely pathetic experience and extremely unprofessional staff. The food quality is very bad. And the staff keeps passing smiles at girls, which feels totally unsafe. Even for billing, they push you to order and eat more, even when it’s not needed. The staff is just terrible. I don’t remember the exact name, but yes, it was at Cheers. If I ever need to complain, I definitely will. Never go to this place. I absolutely do not recommend it.

the staff wasn't aware about the difference between napolitana pasta and the regular one. Nescafe instant coffee powder was used to make cappuccino and iced americano. the staff admitted that. very bad experience!

Food was so disappointing 😭 they charge hefty for such a bad taste.if i could give zero star it would happy to do so. In one word utter disappointed.

worst experience ever!! I got food poisoning the very next day and it was so severe that I was hospitalized!!!!
