#gluttonyreviews Radisson Lucknow City Center Hotel Radisson Lucknow A good place to stay while in the city. Though not located in Hazratganj, it is close enough, with a 15-minute walk to the metro station. The room was fairly large, with good amenities, maintaining the Radisson standard. However, there were some shortcomings. The rooftop swimming pool was more of a namesake—small, unmaintained, and closed during my stay. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold with no in-between. At breakfast, there was no interaction from the Chef or sous-chef with guests, a practice that is often expected at star-rated hotels. A brief check-in with diners would have been a welcome touch. Overall Verdict: A mixed experience—worth considering, but not without reservations.

This is easily the worst breakfast buffet I’ve experienced at a Radisson property. The non-vegetarian selection is practically nonexistent—just steamed fish and eggs, which is shockingly poor for a hotel of this standard. The bakery items were stale and disappointing, and even basic dishes like poha were served lukewarm. Overall, the spread feels neglected and far below what you’d expect from this brand. Despite staying here for a week with complimentary breakfast included, I won’t be dining here again

It’s a shame on name of Radisson . All staff are non professional and rude , they have their own attitude and rough talking . I booked on name of radission but now I feel I’m trapped . So would suggest everyone to avoid this for your peace of mind and comfort .

Pathetic and very disappointing dine in experience. Food tasted below average. Even after multiple complaints, they couldn’t improve the taste of the food. Basic North Indian food ( kadhai panner & Dal tadka) was bland.
