One of best indo Chinese food I have had. Bao and dumplings were the best served with sweet chilli and soy sauce.. also loved fish appetiser along with egg drop chicken soup. Main course was awesome too. Thank you chef for accommodating our requests and Siddharth for great service. Thanks for complimentary bao, salad, coated cashews, incense sticks and ambience.

I had a very disappointing experience at China House. We had made a reservation in advance for a special birthday dinner, but when we arrived, we were not given a proper table. Instead, we were seated at the bar, despite dining with kids, which was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. To make things worse, the service was painfully slow and disorganized. We had to wait far too long for everything, and the overall experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. What made it even more disappointing was that this was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Despite knowing the occasion, there was no effort to acknowledge or celebrate it in any way, which made the evening feel even less special. A reservation should guarantee a suitable table, especially for families celebrating an important occasion. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant evening, and I would not recommend China House based on this visit.

Disappointing experience. Hyatt did not have even a basic paracetamol in their first aid kit and refused to arrange one when requested. We had to leave our dinner to buy medicine outside. This level of indifference is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
