I had a very disappointing experience at this café. I had already booked through District and paid the cover charges in advance. However, when I arrived, the staff refused to accept the District booking and told me that payment through District was not valid. This was extremely unprofessional and very frustrating. The staff also behaved rudely and were not helpful at all. On top of that, the ambiance was not as good as expected, and the food quality was below average. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their customer service, honor valid bookings, and maintain better food quality.
