A good placae located at one of the best streets in lucknow. Space is enough. Service is fast..And quality remains the same as other outlets of dominos provide. Standard and hygenic.

Visited this Domino's outlet after a movie in Sector 18. We thought of trying out their new World Tour pizzas, we ordered the English Cheddar Cheese Pizza and garlic breadsticks with cheesy dips. The Pizza had cheddar cheese in good quantity and toppings of mushrooms & onions. The base I chose was Fresh Pan, which is always better than the normal one. The Pizza taste was good. There could have been a bit of more sauces involved, but maybe the English like it this way. The breadsticks were awesome as always. The service was quick & the staff was polite too. Ambiance: 4/5 Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5

Lack of appropriate number of staff members. Only one member was taking the order which resulted in a long queue.

the ambience looks so unhygienic and the washroom is so dirty and disoriented and the pizza they served was almost burned. The workers don't even wear gloves guys don't waste your time and money here

Quality has gone down immensely..first off you order something and something else arrives ..toppings portions have reduced a significant amount ..plus since they are not directly linked with Zomato or swiggy wrong orders take forever to be replaced and sometimes are not replaced ..I had ordered for chicken wings received stuffed paneer garlic bread instead in chicken wing box once I reported the matter I was asked by staff to eat the garlic bread only ..I returned it ..didn’t get the refund or the chicken wings later either ...very mismanaged of late ..haven’t ordered from dominos again and shall not order again ever

My order was delayed but the delivery executive marked the order as delivered from their side. Which is very unprofessional and they started fights wid me when i asked for refund as my order was not delivered within30 minutes which is the policy of Dominos!
