the ambience and the experience was top nauch, portion sizes are justified for the prices. the only problem is that they take a long time to bring out the order, maybe because they are less on staff. but still its my go to place and ill be revisiting soon:D

Free Spirit is one of the most cosy cafes of Lucknow. If you wanna go for a random coffee or maybe just a hot chocolate, this place is perfect for it. Food is amazing. If you are a cafe person, then, you must visit them. ♥️♥️

Decent place if you are looking for okayish to good food at reasonable price. It has “student/college” type setup- small place- good food!

It has a cozy ambience and tasty food . The mac n cheese is totally mouth watering. The shakes and the fries everything has a good taste I have even tried their nachos , but the service is poor and seating arrangement as well

Very terrible experience, this cafe was highly rated on Google and that's why we wanted to try it out, however, the overall experience was extremely bad. 1. The staff took our order thrice in a space of 30 minutes, saying each time that we forgot/couldn't understand. Took additional 20-25 minutes to bring the food. 2. Water was dripping from the AC, literally after few drops on us we realised where it is coming from and staff just said yes there is some issue sit somewhere else, they could have just asked us earlier, had to ask the waiters twice to turn on the fan. 3. They gave expired oregano and chilli flakes and when we confronted the owner he responded by saying it expired in May only, and May was three months ago. We left after this.

The worst cafe in lucknow. The food was extremely bad. I would suggest never to visit this cafe. We ordered veg pizza, alfredo pasta, garlic bread, veg sandwich, cheesy nachos. None of the items were upto the mark. The quantity was very less too.

this cafe with the time is becoming very bad. we had mac n cheese pasta but they served macroni in white sauce and pizza was too cold. the owner said its okay khana h to khao nhi to jao
