This tiny place is heaven on earth..with various flavour options the ice creams are drool worthy... my favorite is the coffee and brownie ones...The price is a bit high but who cares when the taste and quality makes it worth every penny spent. A must must ...must place to check out...😊

Nice place for shakes and ice cream , I personally love the shakes here , they are yum. The best reasonable place for shakes. I have Belgium chocolate & cold coffee with my friends.

New ice cream parlour in town Absolutely very gery tasty ice cream They serve a variety of flavours Cost is ok Must visit place Work is required on ambience

I’m giving it one star coz I can’t give a zero! Ever since I left Delhi I had been craving for hot chocolate fudge and after reading a few reviews we decided to go to Giani and trust me when I say this was the worst hot chocolate fudge I have ever had in my life. The fudge felt very synthetic and smelled like chlorine. Even Something as simple as a vanilla ice cream was disappointing and when I pointed that out the shopkeeper had the audacity to tell me that that’s how it’s supposed to taste and probably I have never had fudge before. So don’t waste your money on this shitty place rather have a nice cup from one of the thelas

What a joke it was ! Yeah I’m talking about my delivered ice cream. I paid 189/- for a cup of ice cream which was one of the smallest one we can imagine..(those 10rs cups from locals ). Which would have weighed 50gms perhaps. I have had this in delhi and Gurgaon as well, where I had been a lover for the gianis but by this outlet I kinda have lost my trust from this place. Either the one who got the franchise is manipulating or this the other Giani which is said to be not the real Giani. Whatever! Highly disappointed

First time visit , Very very bad experience, purchased hot chocolate fudge but there was very less chocolate. That too not hot. After again again telling the shop keeper he don't add any more chocolate. No coustomer gesture at all. Thanx for the first and last visit.

Quantity of ice cream was not adequate on delivery.The scoop size was very small.....Even the 500 ml tub was not 500ml but just at max 2 scoops
