They trying to cheat with customer force to pay service charges because we r booked through Zomato n Swiggy app n said manager to us we r taking charges because u booked through zomoto n as we ordered sbji but some portion of sbji remain in a table but they not packed 🙏🏻 and waiter refuse to pack our item

new new senseless rules has been made for zomoto custmers,and the manager over there is very rude and even do not know how to talk with the custmers,just we are zomoto custmers and zomoto is providing us discount that's is our only fault, because we are getting discount, the remaining food will be thrown out because custmers via zomoto cannot get packed even by themself and service tax 10% extra will be charged to zomoto custmers ,service tax is an optional, they should can not force us to pay us that, and manager is saying zomoto is allowing us that, this is very bad

pathetic place, 4-5 tables were vacant for almost 20 minutes and they refused to give us a table (knowing that we had someone who is handicapped) they didn't inform us at the door step. As soon as we told we had booked a table from Zomato they asked us to wait for an hour. Mr. Saddam from the front desk was so impolite and unprofessional. highly disappointed. do not visit this place
