Absolute Chaos and Appalling Service — A Complete Nightmare! ​I cannot overstate how terrible the service was at this establishment. Our evening was a complete disaster from start to finish, characterized by mismanagement and a shocking lack of basic hygiene. ​The Runaround and The Wait The ordeal started with us being inexplicably transferred from the restaurant to the bar. Upon arriving at the bar, there were absolutely no seats available, so we were awkwardly shuffled right back to the restaurant. Even after all that, it took an entire hour just to get a table assigned. ​Ignored by Management When the manager finally took our order, we explicitly mentioned that we had a movie to catch and were on a tight schedule. This completely fell on deaf ears. The manager paid absolutely no attention to our timeline, and there was zero urgency to provide any actual service. ​The Unacceptable Soup Incident The absolute worst part of the night—and a massive hygiene red flag—was the food delivery. They mistakenly served our soup to a completely different table. Instead of realizing the error and having the kitchen prepare a fresh bowl, they waited 15 minutes, took the exact same soup off the other customers' table, placed it in front of us, and expected us to drink it. It was absolutely disgusting. ​Complete Abandonment Following that completely unacceptable incident, not a single member of the service staff bothered to visit our table again. We were entirely abandoned for the rest of the night. ​Save your time, your money, and your health. The management here clearly does not care about their customers. Avoid this place at all costs!
