"Jannat at Dayal Paradise is a hidden gem! Everything was spot on - the ambiance, service, and food (veggie heaven 🍴). Paneer tikka and veg biryani were love at first bite 😍. Highly recommend for a chill night out! very peaceful place

Good part- Service was polite.. view is good... mutton kebab, pasta , main course was good...economical cons- slow service, party >> family place... fish fingers not so good...becomes congested so no place for good pictures

The staff, including the manager, of this place are severely untrained and unprofessional. I have been to this place multiple times and almost every time, I have had the same frustrating and disappointing experience because of the unprofessionalism of the staff. They overbook themselves and are severely understaffed. They don’t even have the capacity to offer proper seating to people, let alone serve them professionally. I literally have to fetch the waiter from the reception counter over and over again. Their service is extremely pathetic, poor, and low-quality. Today I went there and LITERALLY had to fetch the waiter 5 times from the reception counter. Even when I complaint about the same to the manager, he was just clueless and didn’t take any measures to address and resolve the situation. In the end, it got so disrespectful and humiliating that I had to walk away in the middle of my meal because no one paid any attention.

Even when I complaint about the same to the manager, he was just clueless and couldn’t do anything to resolve the situation. In the end, it got so disrespectful that I had to walk away in the middle of my meal because no one was paying the attention to solve the issue - not the server, not the manager, not the senior manager. This place is filled with a bunch of unprofessional clowns. I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

The worst experience in terms of service. Me, my wife and my 2 kids waited for 90 minutes and no one took our food order even after asking for atleast 6 times, no one cleaned our table. When my kids started to get uneasy because of hunger i had to leave without having anything. Thankfully we went to Cafe De Leila which is just by side and they treated us well and finally we had our dinner there. Dayal paradise is run by unprofessional arrogant staff. I would recommend no one with self respect should go there.

The food taste and quality is soo poor even the staaf behaviour is also very bad they don’t even have ethics to how to talk to a customer. There menu prices are of premium restaurant and they don’t even serve finger bown after the dinner. Veryy very bad food and service

We ordered Paneer handi which was worst in taste ,the service is very poor ,I think they don't know the meaning of the word hospitality,How they are surviving god knows with such bad service and food,
