important please read -- 1) if you're not accepting payment through Zomato app then why are you providing offers there just to fool and attract customers. 2) sweet corn had way too much black pepper, when there's already black pepper on the table then what's the need to put so much during cooking, it was too thin also. 3) curries were both good, sarso ka saag and paneer butter masala. 4) roti were fine. i would've given them 1 star but I'm giving 3 only because the waiter was very polite and good (the one from shahjahanpur) very average experience

Extremely disappointing experience – Would NOT recommend! Just walked out of Kake Di Hatti, Gomti Nagar, and I must say this has been one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a while. We had a prior appointment but were still asked to wait 30 minutes. Fair enough – we waited patiently. But once seated, things went completely downhill. EVERYTHING we tried to order was “not available” or flat-out rejected. The staff seemed disinterested and dismissive, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us sit there. It genuinely felt like the restaurant was only interested in serving the large birthday party going on and the rest of the customers were just background noise. What’s the point of taking bookings if you can’t serve basic menu items? This was not just bad service – it was borderline insulting. Save your time, money, and sanity. There are far better places in Lucknow to enjoy a meal without feeling like an unwanted guest.

I was thoroughly disappointed with both the food and service. The restaurant has a reputation, but it fell drastically short of expectations. The staff was unresponsive and disorganized. It took ages to get our order, and when it finally arrived, parts of it were missing. Even after multiple reminders, they didn’t seem to care. For a place that charges premium prices, the experience was abysmal. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for quality food or service.

very bad experience, we ordered tea got cold tea,we ordered malai broccoli,chole,dal makhani all these were unavailable. food was not up to the mark. both gravies very same. found a hair in our food. we were having our kity and it turned out to be a disaster..... ! there were not enough staff,waiters without proper uniform . table was pre booked then all this happened.

Food was not good. I have eaten at other franchise of the same brand and there the food was amazing. No idea about jain food here

The place is closed permanently. Still they are taking booking through zomato. It's a fraud. Zomato kindly take a note of this.

Totally waste of money. Food quality was not good. Food taste was not good. Waiting time is too long.
