visited Kareems at Phoenix palassio and enjoyed their authentic non veg food for which they’re famous for . Had some yummy mughlai food and chicken biryani which was so delicious and perfectly cooked. If you’re looking for veg options so Kareem’s is there to serve you veg food too . Like paneer tikka and veg galaouti kebabs . Also the portion size is great and the prices are also okay. Service is normal as it depends on the type of crowd in the food court My recommendations from Kareem’s will be chicken tangdi and chicken malai tikka with chicken biryani

Are you craving for some droolworthy Kababs, Biryanis, Main course etc and that too in both Veg & non veg both.....? Then KAREEMS is here for you to satiate your hunger cravings❤️ They have an extensive Food menu with fresh and rich taste in their food items. Murg tangdi had a lajawaab taste😋, the biryanis are js to due for.....!! Personally had a great time there. Highly recommended💯

Recently was at Kareem for a Lunch. Place is quite good for a good vibes and amazing food. The best one to try Kababs Chicken Biryani Paneer Nawabi Tikka Murg Makarna Tangdi & Paneer Lahori. Service is also very prompt.

KarEEms(different from old Delhis KarIms) is a popular non veg brand started from Mumbai.Their outlet at Pallasio Phoenix mall@Shaheedpath-Lucknow food court is quite popular for it's Biryani and mutton dishes.We ordered their Karachi Mutton Gosht gravy with tandoori roti and the Mutton was very tender.Their Mutton biryani was more like Bombay biryani and very well cooked.Like the meal!

The taste has degraded in years, I was one of their regular customers but this time when I visited the restaurant with my family we ordered, kebbab, paratha, afgani roasted, rosted regular, lahori chicken. Kebbab- Portion size used to be good, but now the tikki is becoming smaller in size. Mughlai Paratha: I am born and brought up in lucknow, and I know how paratha looks and taste like, but this was pathetic.I even told the manager that this is the first time I am eating this type of paratha, the color was yellow, half cooked and when it became little cool, it became like papad. Afgani Chicken: probably this was the only dish which we all liked. Roasted Chicken: Felt that the roasted was done in a haste, un even roast. Lahori Chicken: one of the worst descision we took in ordering this dish this time. Whenever I visit the restaurant we always ordered this dish, but this time the taste was pathetic. It felt that chicken was dipped in arhar daal. Moreover we left the the dish after tasting few bites and when we returned home we all puked. We promise that we are not going to visit this restaurant anymore

I had ordered food from Kareem’s on the 2nd of March, and its been 2 months, I’ve been suffering from severe IBS symptoms and suspected food poisoning. Despite undergoing multiple blood and stool tests, the exact cause has not been identified yet. Please take this as a serious reminder to be extremely mindful of your health and food choices. I strongly advise against consuming non-vegetarian food from this unhygienic and irresponsible outlet—Kareem’s at Pheonix Palassio . My experience has been nothing short of distressing, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Eat at this place at your own risk. Serve stale kababs kept over days. U and a lot of my friends have fallen ill after having food from this outlet. Not sure about the hygienic measures in the kitchen but the food is definitely not worth consuming.
